My first pie from scratch. I had never made a crust before and was super excited to have accomplished this feat! I had always thought of pie makers as elitist bakers and I did one! I'm not calling myself elitist, it didn't end up being as hard as I thought it would be. Why did I wait so long to try one!?
The kids helped me with raspberries we picked from our own plants.
