British Museum

This post is by Anastasia

I'm going to tell most of my favorite parts of the of this trip. I really loved going to the temple our first day in England. The reason I loved it so much is because i got to do the baptism and confirmation for my birth mom. That experience was amazing and something i will never forget. I can't really explain everything but i could i could feel her in the room with us, and i know my dad could feel her presents  in the room being before he said her name it took him a while while i was crying and shaking because the holy ghost was so strong. One of my other favorite parts was on Sunday when when we saw a couple missionary that we met at the temple and they were there when i was doing my work, then later that day we went to a big part and had a picnic with the good weather that day, and there were lots of people there because it was a sunny day. Also one of my favorite days was when we kind of left Bryce on the bus because he was really into the whole sight seeing, trust that was super funny. Then later that day after the shakespeare play when we got back to our hotel room and we thought my was asleep so Bryce started to climb up which it wasn't that far and we have done a lot worst things. Well then this police officer pulled up and got mad and was pretty much gonna have dad arrested for child endangerment, but luckily after 30 mins of arguing they so what made up the policemen left. Next i just loved Wales and i mean all of it. It was so pretty there, we took a hike up and while we were up there we took lots of pictures and had fun with the beautiful nature around us.  The people we stayed with June and Arnold  Jones, were very kind to us and made sure we had an amazing time while we were there, and they also cooked the most delicious food ever, and for sure the best food that trip. We also went river jumping, which was really cold, luckily Redd and Levi (the Jones grandsons) let us use there wetsuits or else I probably wouldn't have even gotten in the water and most of all jumped off about 25 feet waterfall. But tectonically i really wouldn't have jumped off if the 4 people that were there with me didn't convince me, but it was fun jumping off the rocks and and also the swings. Also when we were before we were leaving we found out that Wales and England wanted to leave and Ireland and Scotland wanted to leave but all the votes added up for UK to leave Europe. The cool thing is that we were there while the voting happened and everything. Then time went by but my next favorite pats were when we went to the river dance, which were very expensive  but so worth it. Also i really liked how we got ice cream pretty much each day, like we didn't get it for 3 days i think.  Also the last day we were walking after we got our tree ornament, This lady gave all of us a balloon and Bryce blowed up his ballon and when he was running across the street to can't up with my mom his ballon flew away and he looked sad watching it going across the rode. Well this policemen saw it and grabbed it and drove it down the street to us because Tyler waved his had that had his balloon with it and he came to us and gave it then turned around to go to the way he needed to go.

This is the first place we ate out in England. Lily being the cutie that she always is, its serially impossible not to smile while looking at her. We also ordered chicken sandwiches thinking we would get chicken burgers but instead we got a sandwich that had white bread and chicken, but it was still yummy!

This is us the next day in London on the streets. That day we walked so much i thought my legs were going to fall off, but at least we were ready for bed that day.

This is us taking a picture in front of the telephone booth because my mom wanted a picture with one and said how we needed to get one because we won't see many. Just the thing is we saw lots each day.

Bryce wanted to get a picture with him inside one, also you may have seen Tyler in the background as well.

Us in front of the British Museum and someone took a picture of us.

something we saw that i don't really know that much about.

This is a big door we saw but don't really know what it is.  But then look at my dad and Lily for a second, we carried Lily in it the whole time and it was easy and a lot better then having a stroller with all the stairs. Also so many people looked at us and saw Lily in it and said how cute she was. Also looked they counted how many kids we had (6 for those who don't know) and were like wow how are they doing this!

This we saw and thought it was cool because it has a human head, bird wings, lion legs.

Our family in front of something that i don't really know about but it looks really cool. Also my mom is not in many pictures because she was the one who was taking all the pictures, but at the end she let more people take pictures, like Bryce and Tyler so that she would be in more pictures.

On this stone it is telling a story using pictures.

This is when we were in the British Museum in the Egypt part of the museum.

The front of the British Museum

Walking around and reading history about everything we saw, well most everything. Also look I'm carrying the backpack i loved carry her but she kept pulling my hair over and over and destroy my ponytail.

Another picture of one of the things we saw, cool right

This i have to say is one of my favorite pictures, my mom taking a picture while J.R. is taking a selfie.

This is the Rosetta Stone.
