Just in case you were wondering...

Just in case anyone was wondering why the Benson's haven't updated in a while, here goes. We were told that Oleg, the attorney for Adoption Way in Ukraine would meet with the SDA director concerning Masha's madatory twelve month waiting period once her paperwork arrived to the SDA. Well, we were told that paperwork should arrive there late February or early March. I've emailed Elliana a few times over the last couple of weeks requesting updates about Oleg's meeting. She said that finally he will be able to meet with the SDA director tomorrow after completing other work in another region. So tomorrow, we will have a better idea about whether or not we can get Masha in June rather than next year. Please pray tonight that the director's heart will be softened and the meeting (that will happen sometime during the night for us) will go well. We hope and pray frequently that we can bring both of the girls home in June. We appreciate your prayers, as do so many of the other families still struggling with adoption obstacles.
